Double Walled Chamber inner made of thick Stainless Steel, outer made of Heavy Duty Mild Steel duly enamel painted. Whole unit is mounted on Mild Steel Tubular stand duly enamel painted. Door is made of Heavy Mild Steel duly S.S. Lined with Radial locking system having Horizontal Mild Steel bars duly chromed tightened on a central screw. Steam Generator (Boiler) is placed below the main unit, is made of thick Stainless Steel. Boiler is provided with easily replaceable heating elements and is fixed at the base of M.S. Frame. Provided with Steam release cock, Safety Valves etc. Boiler is provided with water level indicator. Workable pressure 20 P.S. I. ±3 P.S.I. and hydraulically tested upto 40 P.S.I. Suitable to work on 440 V. 3 Phase OR 220 V Single Phase as per requirement. These Autoclaves are provided with automatic pressure switch / Piezostat for controlling pressure at preset value.
