to manufacture soymilk and tofu (soya paneer). 
This machine produces 28 litres of soymilk using 4 kg of soybeans in 
one batch that ideally takes about 22-25 minutes. In an hour the unit is 
capable of producing 70-80 Litres of Soy Milk. This soymilk then can be 
converted into 5.5 – 6.0 kg of tofu per batch.

SCOPE OF SUPPLY

Soyabean Soaking Vessel: 
This is a pressure vessel made of stainless steel 100 ltr cap. Suitable to soak the soyabean.

Grinder Cooker: 

This is a pressure vessel made from AISI SS-304 equipped with a grinder, 220 Volt, 1 HP single 
phase imported motor, make: Baldor (US) steam purged tube for uniform cooking, screen plate 
for optimum distribution of material inside the cooker, vortex cross for control of flow of feed, 
Imported safety valve (pressure relief valve) that opens at 25 psi, pressure and temperature 
gauges to monitor cooking of soy slurry. The grinder will be mounted directly at the bottom of
the vessel to rotate 3450 rpm.

Vacuum Deodorizer:  

This is a system which is attached with the Soy Cow Machine to eliminate almost all the 
off beany flavour from the resulted soymilk. Consisting of 1 no. flashing chamber of 
304 For flashing the milk from 110o C to 70-80 o C. Chamber will be equipped with 
vacuum gauge. 1 no. Vaccuum Pump with casing CI with SS sleeves, with rotor SS/Ring 
type, water driven, monobloc.This will be of liquid ring water sealed type coupled to an 
electric motor of suitable rating through a flexible coupling. The pump will have sufficient 
capacity to achieve the required vacuum in the plant. 1 No. butterfly valve will be supplied 
for product outlet. 3 Nos. Ball Bearings, Two for vacuum line and another for product line. 
One Lot SS 304 pipes and fittings will be provided. Condensate receiver with cover will be 
provided.A

Tubular Boilers: 

(Two Numbers) These are pressure vessels made from AISI SS-304 sheet. Each unit 
consists of a safety pressure relief valve that opens at 30 psi, make up water inlet valve/blow 
down Valve, gauge glass with fittings and  pressure gauge to monitor the actual pressure 
and level of water in the boiler.

Filter Press: 

This is made from AISI SS-304.  It comprises an SS perforated cylinder and a press screw to 
separate okara from milk. It will be complete with necessary valves and fittings.

Tofu Boxes: 

Each Box consists of two perforated stainless steel boxes made of SS-304. The SS boxes allow 
firm pressing of Tofu (soy paneer) for separation of water and paneer.

Refrigeration Unit:
