Double walled, inner made of stainless steel, outer made of thick best quality Mild Steel duly powder coated painted. Insulation between inner and outer wall is done with thick glass wool to prevent any heat loss. Door is made of thick transparent double walled glass/acrylic with best quality hinges handle etc. Whole unit is mounted on castor wheels. 
Temp. range is from 5°C to 90°C, uniformity of 0.5°c and digital belting by 0.1 °c with a LED Digital readout by 0.1°c and is controlled by Digital temperature Indicator Cum Controller with PT-100 sensor. This controller is provided with time delay relay to control the accuracy in maintaining the temperature. Temp. is maintained with an accuracy of ±/-0.5°C. 
Cooling is done with ISI Mark compressor of KIRLOSKAR make which is connected to thick copper coils placed in the rear of the chamber through condenser, fan motor, capacitor, relay etc. Whole cooling unit is placed below the main chamber in a G.I. housing. Heating is done with ISI mark strip type heaters placed near the cooling coils. Air is circulated by ISI mark Silicon binded motor which is connected to balanced blower. Provided with On/ Off switch, Indicators, Digital Controllers, techometer etc. 
Shaking is done with 0.25 H.P. motor (brushless induction) with shaking speed of 20-250 rpm, controlled by step less electronic frequency controller with digital tachometer i.e. speed is controlled by digital speed indicator cum controller.
